Recruit Cadre and Parade Drill

This was my first Cadre, but it went well enough. Gear was checked, as well as weapons. Made sure the man had the essentials, bandages and the such. Then we had a few drills on the box formation, as well as healing training.

This parade was help a few days ago. Being my first parade drill it was difficult to begin with, but once i had the men in parade formation saluting and turning it got easier. We followed with a drill on the importance of objectives in battle.
