 Allo everyone! I do believe this will ave' promoted me ter a Junior. 

Leading: Conan Darkmoon

Attending: Oakley Blades, Falconheart

Watching: Thomas Sendrich

 The parade drill was hard to carry out since Falconheart forget e's weapon, I made em run laps all day!  However the recruit cadre went well, and the two recruits were resuplied like all guardsman should be.  They certainly understand the tactics of healing one another and defended themselves excellent like...

It was a bit short, and as Mithar pointed out a it didn't involve a parade drill.

A Recruit Cadre must be supervised by an officer to validate that everything was covered, in this case there was no officer present nor did i see any of the main topics covered in the brief part of the parade i did see.

However for Admin's sake this should be counted as a led training.
