  Leading: Conan Darkmoon.

 Attending:  Hoagie, Vincent Redfield, Illae Tyndaere, Oberon, Garak Nightchill, Anthony Poena, Del'Zar, Mela Arkay.

 The Cadre started pretteh simpleh' w'me an the recruits strugglin to remove a bunch of bandages from our bags.  Oagie' surprised  me pretty well when he pulled out'n his giant stash of over 300 bandages.  After I got through yellin at everyone who din't ave any bandages we moved on to the much sought after parade arms!
  Jus' about everyone had their parade arms handy.



 After  I made sure tha' everyone had their parade arm I went around and made teams of 4, and everyone practiced their cross healing.  I especially liked the fact that even though everyone was jus' avin fun they made sure to cross-heal jus like they was in a real battle'! 

  I eventually dismissed everyone at the Cadre, and Joey Lanai came and told me I did a good job.  I was real appy' with mah'self teh be perfectly honest.  Hopefully that promotion ain't far off.

Without trying to repeat myself, the Recruit Cadre -Must- have one officer witnessing which
you must arrange yourself, and -Must- have 4 members attending, 2 of which being Recruits.

I cant stress enough how important it is to Read the details of the Recruit Cadre before you try
leading one, All Topics Must Be Covered in order to keep a high standard among Guardsmen,
i suggest you do this in future.

The Recruit Cadre Guide

For admin purposes this event should be counted as a led Training.

In Conan's defense, there was an officer watching, two in fact, Joey and Mela. Most all topics were covered as far as I can tell, and while I must concede it could have been a bit better,  there were definitely at least two, if not more, recruits present. Just my observation.

I came out of my retirement to watch a good Cadre. Very well attended. Watchman seemed to do alright too.

 As for Mela being there the Cadre requirements specify that the Officer watching must be of Corporal Rank or above, as for Eason, dancing around doesnt justify supervising the Cadre, and he no longer holds rank so the previous statement is relevant here aswell.

Arrange the Cadre better next time is my advice

This event should count as a Report and Led Training only.
