A Recruit Cadre led by any guardsman MUST be observed by an officer level Command member (Corporal and above) to make sure nothing is missed out, aswell as ATLEAST 4 Guardsmen in total attending 2 of which must be a Recruit.

If your cadre did not meet these requirements it will not be counted as a Cadre.
