The third combat training session of Junior Course, Militia Academy, took place on the Saturday just gone. The session was a break from the usual tactics and orders practiced on the Barracks rooftop, and instead, was a delve into the world of Sosaria; hunting the fiercest creatures to plague the lands.
In Attendance: Junior Guardsman Arathorn, Junior Guardsman Coma Black, Junior Guardsman Julius Estury, Junior Guardsman Ryan Greystone (*), Guardsman Recruit Maktoum (*), Senior Guardsman Gry, Sergeant Shadwell, and Commander Eason.
(*) - These guardsmen were called upon as reinforcements for the harder creatures, and though they are not on the Junior Course their attendance has been noted and recognised.The Juniors would be led by myself, and would first travel by boat to the southern tip of Britannia where they would combat their first Enemy;
an Ancient Lich.

The Juniors combat an Ancient Lich.Following the successful slaying of the Ancient Lich, the Juniors ventured up on foot to Dungeon Destard to combat
a Dragon.
And after successful defeat of that creature, the Juniors then ventured to Ilshenar. Here they fought
an Ancient Wyrm (using their ranged skills competently), and
a Balron.

The Juniors are victorious over the deadly Balron.Well done, chaps! You all worked hard in this session, and were very patient with the more time consuming elements of the training (like waiting for damn Ancient Wyrms to spawn!). Good job.
Next...Next in store for the guardsmen enrolled on the Junior Course is a Main Lecture, that shall introduce them to new procedures and concepts of the Cove Militia. The date of this tutorial shall be made known during the week.
