Hello all!

Since I moved my workshop, there is a free spot for a house.
It's size (I'm not sure for 100%) is 7x10.
Location: 3rd house by the sea counting from Conan's tower, heading Vesper.

The plot right now is in condemned state, it will soon be available (left it today)

Since I'm still the owner of the plot, I'm willing to simply give it to someone.

Tell me why it's you that should get the plot.
The one that will impress me in any way, will get it. Plain and simple.
