Ohh for shame....
Proud lighthouse, you've stood there since Cove was founded, yet you look so....shabby

The Task

Take up your tools, fair citizens, and repair our finest asset! Our lighthouse won't fix itself, and should it collapse, i'll not be a happy bunny!
The lighthouse can be found on the northern most tip of Cove town itself, beyong the farmers fields (Directions according to the UO in game radar)


Conditions

You must take relevant tools, as well as enough wood to fix the lighthouse up properly.

A full document of how it went should be posted below this notice, with a painting or two.

Any member of the citizenship may attempt this task

This task may only be completed once

Indeed Mr Valentine Sir. I will get straight to it eh?!

I packed my tool box and headed out to the light house. When I got there i realised Mr Valentine was right... it has indeed seen better days.


Our fabled old lighthouse has seen better days.

I set out my tools and resources and weighed up the size of my task.


Got the gear! No idea! Or has he...?

I started outside repairing and replacing the wood panelling where needed.

Next I refuelled the beacons with a healthy dose of oil before re-lighting them. If only they had burnt so bright when the Covian fleet was lost.

Inside I did some minor repairs downstairs and replaced a few panes of glass.


Jack of all trades...? Pah! Master of all eh?!

Upstairs the floor wasn't so much creaking as falling in. I had to repair many floor boards and stain them to match the existing ones.


Hoho! Another fine job!
