What:Seeing several shocking incidents of a severe lack of discipline in the army, I decided to host a small training focused especially on the subject of discipline and orders. At the beginning only a few guardsmen were present, but with time...More and more arrived! Very good since this training wasn't scheduled...I thusly explained throughoutly the meaning of each word and how to act as a Covian soldier. I also briefly covered the aspect of the commanding guardsman: A commanding guardsman counts as holding the highest rank unless the baron is present or the guardsman in question decides otherwise.
I then decided that poorly disciplined troops must come from a lack of excercise. Or something like that at least. Running never hurts right?! So after warming up with laps around the arena...I hosted a brief "interval" training.
Run footslav Soldiers!As a neat -surprise- we then proceeded to the orders ''phase'' of the training. Testing the men, they performed inadequatly at first, but by the end of it...they had reached just an acceptable level. And I do mean...an -acceptable- level.
Recruits performing better than juniors on orders?! An -Outrage-!!Finishing up by a smallish summary of the training, I then dismissed the men.
