Reward: 5000 Crowns

The foolish Havenite dared brand my skin of the mark of Haven....  I would bring this man to Cove myself, but the Havenites know who I am and will kill me if I come near.  The mans name is Matthew and I believe he has high ranking in the Haven structure.  If anyone sees this man and is equipped to take him down.  Capture him and I'll deal with him personally.  Make sure to keep a hot brand ready.  I will not soil Coves name by branding him the symbol of Cove, but I will leave him a mark he will never get rid of.  Perhaps he'll have information we can use against them.
