Tbh, that card is severely unbalanced! The number of wraiths being put into play would be 1-2-4-8-16-32-64-128-256-512 after ten rounds!

of course it's severely unblananced Tongue, but tbh there are even more severely unbalanced cards in MTG.  This one is just a little bit over the top.
