Delcarakdur lead us all on a hunt to Terathan Keep. He did this for Arkay's Archery Guild, and the rules and objectives were as follows:
* Raise at least 30.000 coins during this hunt
* At least two other AA Guild members will accompany you on this task
* Include as many other guardsmen as you like
In total, there were eight guardsmen who attended this hunt. And two of them at least (excluding Delcarakdur) were also in the Arkay's Archery Guild. This was Delc's second attempt at getting this hunt up and running, and he did a good job of it, attracting all seven of us.
Apart from the beats always going after poor, poor old little recruit that can't scream, we collected a large sum of gold whilst slaying those bastards. Either they kept burning us, or we kept burning them, or maybe it was both ways, but it hurt like heck! The monsters kept making it so that we were almost glued to the spot. We left the place after we discovered that none of us could carry any more gold, due to already having SO much of it between us all! Problem was, when we tried to get out of there... We couldnt really just run out of the place, because they kept blocking our way out! They just kept reeling in and reeling in and reeling in! But we hacked our way through them and eventually got to somewhere where we couldnt be disturbed by smelly vermin.
It was a long, windy walk to get to the place where we went and a long and windy walk back.
Altogether on the hunt, we collected over thirty seven THOUSAND gold, a really hefty sum! Delc did an exceedingly good job of leading this hunt and although some a lot of the time didnt seem to follow orders, we managed all to come out in pretty much one piece.
