Training in Cove town (Report)

Twas a fine evening for a training session! Bread and butter of any army I'm sure you'll agree, are training sessions. This one would focus on teamwork on the battlefield.

I began by lining the men up at Cove docks, and splitting them into two teams. this is how they looked:

 Team Iron

Kal Shadowhand
Falconheart
Vince Valentine

 Team Gold

Alkerin Oederys
Garak Nightchill
Raiden Morana

The object of this excersise was simple. Capture the flag was the flavour, only the flags were replaced with heavy shields that were to be dragged from the enemies base to their own. Team gold used Gold shields, and team iron, iron shields (Hence the names of the teams).

With each team in place at their own base, I did sound the horn and battle commenced!


Curse them to the abyss!

The air was filled with the clash of steel and the whistle of arrows.
Garak uttered many a spell, whilst Falconheart flew off arrows at superhuman speed!
It was an intense and exhausting experience, but after a fair while, Team Gold emerged the victors. We were indeed all winners though, as we sharpened our skills that little bit more to make the Covian army an even more effective fighting force.

Good work everyone who attended, a grand workout indeed.
