There was a little time to kill before the Recruit Cadre so I put those present through some harsh physical exercise - lets face it, they needed it!


That'll get the cobwebs out!

Some laps to get warmed up, then some puch ups! Once they were loosened up we tried some healing training... Hmmm... Must do better!


Err.. Sorreh Sarge... It slipped! Sarge..?

Well it is better found out on the training field rather than the battlefield!
