Covian Marines Circuit Training - All May Attend!
All are welcome and encouraged to attend this rigourous and physical demanding Training Session. Ye will be pushed to the very limit of ye ability, as the Covian Marines shall be for many years to come.

Expect heavy lifting, and short sharp aggressive movement to develop a formidable physique.

When: 7pm GMT, Thursday
Where: Barracks Rooftop, Cove
