The Baronship Food Reserves

Baronship of Cove, the ever expanding home for many a people, creates a huge demand for all kinds of meats, vegetables and such.

To make sure our soldiers won't die of undernutrition, and small babies become weak and ill because their mothers don't have anything to put onto the frying pan, from now on civilians will be responsible for regularly collecting meat and vegetables to keep the stores full.

At the end of each month there will be a quota posted, with quantites required for the next month.

Each civilian can (and should seriously consider doing so) partake in collecting the required food. For example higher ranked civilians could hire commoners and lead a hunting camp.

This opens a new opportunity for civilians bearing the citizen papers and above: you can apply to the Arkay's Archery Guild for a "Licensed Baronship Hunter" thus being allowed to use bows or light crossbows during a hunt. The said license costs 250 shillings + 1000gp in favor of AAG.

After collecting these resources, you are expected to give them to Governor Riyadh, post a small report of your actions in the The Food and Resources Gathering Log, and wait for your shillings. (Category: Miscellaneous Tasks)
Moreover, you will be paid in gold for the food collected according to prices list written below:

Raw ribs: 12gp a piece
Fish: 6gp a piece
Raw bird: 7gp a piece
Lamb's Leg: 8gp a piece

Vegetables and fruits: 3gp a piece

Hay: 10gp a sheaf

Note: This list will be updated and extended

Gold will be paid by Governor Riyadh once a week.

The records will be kept for each month.
