Rules:

• Criminal characters must be new characters to BoC. That does not mean they have to be freshly made, but they cannot previously have been within the guild.
• If you attack someone in a guild homeland, you may not return to that homeland for two hours.
• Petty thieves and thugs must be accompanied by a higher rank before heading to other guild homelands.
