The recruit thought he'd put us through our paces with a standard training session. Firstly he concentrated on healing training, which didn't go too well for me and Ffodos. Next we were ordered outside for five laps of the barracks followed by ten push ups.

That done we worked on the box formation and finished off with a free for all back on the barracks rooftop... Which I won. *nods*
