Recruits and Watchmen - you've been eating to many Avamass pies! Its time for another of my famous, good old fasioned conditioning trainings that have come to be suitably dubbed "Mithars Mauling". Come and prove you've got what it takes!

Guardsmen of higher rank are also invited to come, if they think they've not got to old and unfit.
