Good day all,

I have recently acquired a plot of land just outside cove, its quite small and comfortable. At the moment I have a temporary storehouse built but I would like to construct a building more suitable for the Company. I know many people with different skills which could use the space, perhaps a tailors, blacksmiths, granary or something else would be best suited?

Please let me know what you think.

Signed,
Faden Wildheart.

i would be interested in selling my wares there; fish, arms and armour, furniture, and army supplies.

Yours sincerely

We've a market available, though it -is- Kal's and hes abit indisposed ATM. Also the Square has most craftsman items available.  As to what cove -needs- ?
We have a tavern, but no Inn. Perhaps a very Cozy "Covian Arms Cottage" or sumthing of the sort. Though should Grief ever choose to add rooms to the good ol' Goblin your business might be threatened. No other ideas ATM. I hope this helps some Smiley

Well the Inn is on its way when the paper work is cleared to remodle the Goblin!  The barony does need a warehose to store all the goods and other items that are about to come in!!  Just a thought!

A massive statue of Kas, coated in pure Valorite with diamonds for eyes and a mane of rubies to replicate the beauty of my flowing locks. How about it...? I'm sure the coffers will cover any construction costs. I respect that this plot of land is your new home but with a little ingenuity we can probably work some kind of living quarters into the base of the monument.

We sure have a Market, but it does look like poo, and not Covian at all. Shop isnt a bad idea.

Discussion moved here as it is more suited to the OOC board than the IC board.

To be honest I think it would be nice just to see a Covian homestead.

We have many civic, religious and military buildings, perhaps it'd be nice just to see a few Covian homes too.

Maybe have a simple vendor selling fish steaks for rations with your home being near the coast or by taking up Khaelieth's offer?

Maybe your vendor could sell low end guardsman supplies to such as bandies, light sources, bedrolls, scissors etc.?

Stick a small forge in the garden for folk to use...?

Perhaps theme your place as a fisherman's or woodcutter's cottage?

Though I guess in terms of RPing our settlement we could use a granery or something. Wink

Just some ideas.

Hum this is interesting, I made a homestead yesterday. I like the idea of theming it on fishing because I've always liked fishing. I'll get some provisional items and sell them too but I've seen them for sale in the building to the NW of the Barracks.

As for the sex addicts anonymous house, if many people turned up it would get messy and maybe they like fish Tongue
