(OOC - This is only ic information for people whom work within the Green Goblin. and know of the ledgers and where they are. )

Dear Railen and Penny, I thought I take the advantage of the slight quiet at the tavern currently to look into our bookeeping and go over wages, exports, imports, what staff we have and which ways perhaps we could make some extra coins so we can hire cleaners, and perhaps some local bouncers. Yesterday I had a small problem occuring with a window on the room with the two single beds, the customer renting the room noticed it was hanging on it's hinges and with a full bar I could hardly leave as such. So also we need to think of hireing a local worker to oversee repairs and make sure we are in good check so people enjoy staying at the Green Goblin. I will go through our books and such over the next week as I notice is all a bit about everywhere, so this is what I got started on today.

Prices on the menu.

Currently we are loosing money from what I notice. This is not because we are charging too heavily, but from what I understood from Kal we do not import or export, is merely what is found via the Covian army. Personally I do not wish to rely on them for our budget, so I suggest we start exporting Covian ale to local taverns, and also to Yew and Trinsic. For this I can use old tavern connections and we can marginally increase profit by having our own export of local ale.

Also, we need to consider prices. They need to go up, I am talking atleast a 40% boost to all prices, food and drinks included. They are far too low for us to have the oppurtunity to hire new barmaids and tenders, not to mention all the other things a tavern requires.

If we take into account, selling one covian ale costs anyone six gold. The tavern then has paid approximately two gold coins for the ale, so thats four gold already. Then we take into consideration we rent the property and pay taxes on it. Thats in average another 30% off our profit to pay our tax for having the building, thats another two coins. Now we also have to consider the person selling the goods, they need to be paid too. That a half a crown more approximately being used per drink on wages.

So in theory.

X= Covian ale.
y= Wages
z= Accidental damages

X=6-2-2 (Not inclusive wages)

So we take x at a new value of 2. X=2-y-z

So if we take X be (X=x-y-z) that profit margin is actually on a bottle of ale we only make one and a half coin per bottle. This is if nothing else is being repaired or damaged or taking into a account of a slow day. So just to pay wages which are 80 doubloons monthly, we have to sell 40 ales per barmaid of the lowest rank, so you can see the prices must go up immidiately or all excess funds will be limited for us to make special events, raffles and so forth. Also we need to consider uniforms and perhaps making new more exciting menues, slightly more description within them? Just to give the impression or a more impressive tavern is all.

Second agenda is Import.
As I stated earlier, Kal seems to be the only one to ask about it all, but I dont wish for us to rely on the guards specifically, so could it be possible for us to write down all the imports recieved and contacts? I'll speak to Kal myself.

Export

As stated earlier we need to think harder who and how we shall set up routes to get our goods out of here and sell it off to others. Our main export tertiary good is Covian ale, so also if you know of any other goods which we might be able to sell which we also create do tell.

This is all I got over today, I will start going over wages and exact bar staff required if we are to run smoothly. Also can it be possible for someone to look on female uniforms for the barmaids, as they shouldn't be similiar to the male ones.

Kiran.

Dear Penny and Railen.

I have had a couple of more days to go through out books, and of course our talk previously helped me considerably when it comes to certain laws within Cove. It might be there will be funds more so then I expected. Being used to 30 percent of all income going to the Vesperian militia I assumed it was of similiar note within Cove, however from what you said, Miss Penny, we are only paying 10 percent of our intake, which leaves me with a sudden flaw in my earlier calculation. This means we can basically take a 20 percent increase in all our prices instead of the 40 percent I asked of earlier to make ends meet and to finally start thinking big.

Good news are as you both saw, the uniforms are in and I must say the uniforms for the females are splendid, however there is a small problem with the male ones, might been our ordering fault, but they have white doublets instead of green and no long shirts.

I've had some ideas as what to do with the Green Goblin.

Commercialism.

We need to take into account that the Green Goblin might be a famous tavern in Cove, it certinaly isn't in many other lands, yes it is heard of, but hardly note worthy. What we don't however want to do is suddenly fling up posters all over town mind you, or any other cities as we wish for the first day any new customers come to our tavern, for it to be busy and full of exciting new ideas which is different from other taverns. We need to think what other taverns has offered in the past and how that worked, how we can steal some of the ideas and how we can make some of our own. In Swaggers I recall a barmaid called Angelica wish making a game called twisted dare. Can't say I ever played it, but it was a success with the locals and newcomers alike. However we also of course need to take into account our close vicinity with our church, so as not to do anything too flamboyant. As I understood it on Railen we would rather have a good upholdingreputation then one for sex, scandal and roughness, Mainly so we can attract high paying customers such as nobles.

How are we going to do it?

My first ideas are to get more and more barmaids, currently we have non that really work full time, and to get the soldiers coming daily we need for them to have something to look at apart from my old flesh. So before we think of selling our establishment as a place for luxury we need to get in the staff. What we are looking for a women in the ages of 16-30 and men in the ages 20-30. We do need to cater also to our female guardswomen even if they are a niche market.
Perhaps a poster set up in local newspapers and meeting halls might be in order, see what your thoughts are on it and I can pay our local artist to sketch up some posters which might attract the type we need. I hope you both agree with me in this of course that we need to get staff in which makes us look proffessional and active within the Covian Community.

Long term project.

Now, if all goes smoothly over the next couple of months we need to think bigger.

So with this in mind we need to think of how best to utilise our space, granted yes our big gardens are beautiful, but they are far too big, small and tended still makes people appreciate the landscape, but whatever extra space we can get in we need to think of getting in more tables by the bar, and more tables as well so atleast the Covians don't feel too crammed.
I am hoping to aim for around 25-30 seats at the bar, basically doubling our current capacity. We also if we need to be taken seriously, have a office for either of yourself to negotiate buisness. We are a tavern, but we need to be also seen as keen traders who know what they are doing. But again, this is long term planning as we need to get contractors and local architects to view our place and see how we can best utilize the ground which we own.

Going over the books once more.

As mentioned earlier we only need to raise prices by a 20 percent, this was due to the realisation we pay very little in tax for our ground, and as mentioned in my earlier writtings, we own the property. We need to think now about wages and when to pay them for our barmaids, and how should we enforce it. Will it be once a week pay of twenty crowns each sunday after parades, or will we leave a box with names on it for them to handle themselfs. It might perhaps be best for them to see us hand out the coins, so they know who the managers are and also for us to deal with any concerns they might have.

Hope you see it all as I do, as usual come speak to me either of you to see what you think. Or if in haste, write it down in the ledgers and I will have a look at it.

Dear Railen and Penny,

It has now been a week at the Goblin and buisness is blooming thanks to everyones contributing efforts, I am happy to say customers are flooding our establishment and this week we see a nearing towards profit on our over turnover, nothing large as we had to pay for some minor repairs upstairs to fix one of the rooms, but overall a good week. More good news also, we have gotten a trades deal up.

Trade arrangement.

The arrangement with Master Goldhammer is a simple transaction which will occur this weekend hopefully. I included his contact details in case I will not be present that day. What we will be doing is recieve fourty ales all labeled "Goldhammers ale." in two crates, twenty in each, we will pay 400 gold coins for them, and we will sell them on at twenty gold coins per, making a 400 profit, we are not to be expected to do anything apart from recieving the drinks. If all goes as smoothly as I expect we can think of making larger deals with Master Goldhammer, but I as many others first wish to see if the promises can be kept before we think bigger deals. But regardless it is a good thing. Also keeping in the trading spirit my old tavern, the Swaggers inn has gotten a new manager whom is trying to get it up and running again. He is a .... close friend of mine and I know he can be trusted, but first he needs to get it all up and running before we take time to deal with him.

New staff.

In the past week also we have seen a influx in staff members, we need to consider our wages and when we pay them and how it will all work. I am thinking if we have a chat this weekend concerning payments for the staff and how we do if they don't pull their weight, a unified front needs to be shown when we deal with them at all times basically. Here is a list of our current new staff.

*Kelly Corvidad - 412779923 - Part time staff - Barmaid.
*Adelle -  271052958 - Full time staff - Barmaid.
*Griishnar - Not known - Full time staff - Barhand.
*Heather - 370075471 - Full time staff - Barmaid.
*Mizuho - 358664448 - Full time staff - Barmaid.

We need to consider what our maximum capacity is for weekly wages and what our idea on hireing doormen are since after a couple of nights I seen our own guardsmen are sometimes the ones which causes difficulties, and I would like some hired hands in case it gets out of hand once more, As I understand it from Railen we had a couple of troubles with a certain elf yesterday. I presume it is all sorted now hopefully.

Casino.

Tommorow at 8 o'clock Geralt swift will be holding a event in the dead man's casino. He has asked us to partake as staff and help set up booth, so if your available tommorow or not, do tell others of the oppurtunity, he is offering fifty coins per barmaid to work just for one night, so a great oppurtunity here for the staff, also if it all goes well I presume he might use our services again. And with him providing the drinks, high wages and us getting twenty percent of all intakes from the drinks is a good deal overall.

Hope you will be available.

Kiran.

Dear Kiran and Penny,

The following are my first thoughts upon going over the ledger.

Kiran, Thank you for doing an outstanding job taking notes, keeping the place running, bringing in new busness and generally working your arse off. Your always thinking of new ways to bring in profits and boost the local economy.

As we do not own the establishment, there is not much we can do to change it. Edward holds the title and has placed the furniture himself. Plus, I am very fond of the couch by the fire, as are several others.  There are plenty of seats outside for people to avail themselves of which are not being used simply because people forget they are there. We now have plenty of staff who can remind them when it gets crowded. I cannot hold title to the establishment- which poses another problem. Once the staff are given keys, they should be able to go outside and serve with ease now that the weather is good. Had you seen the place before Edwards changes...you would have cringed. There was even more garden, less space, and the upstairs was poorly used as a narrow loft looking down into a disheveled main hall. I still hold hope he will return to us.

We need to remind the staff this is a more upscale establishment than Swaggers. The rooms upstairs ARE NOT available by the hour, but by the day or week. Many of the Army tip exceptionally well- despite whatever uniform we wear. Sometimes a little mystery can be alluring. A kind word and good service go a long way towards a good tip. What the lasses do on their own time is their business. A little flirting is fine. Drawing attention from the church to the point of burning the place down is to be avoided.

As far as prices go, I agree they are too low, being sold at Cost. The prices should be adjusted, however the Menus are sealed with wax and placed, again, by Edward.

Edward set the prices low, wishing to keep the costs low for the then mercenaries, (now army)of Cove and craftsfolk of Cove- as few others came to visit at that time. He had taken over the establishment just after the famine. He saw the Goblin as a place for the army of Cove to sit and relax after a hard day of fighting.  It has only been a week and a half since the place became so busy.

These are my thoughts...and none of them are set in stone. I would enjoy hearing your thoughts on this Penny.

Dear Penny and all other staff.

Today we had a visit from the local clergy with a warning.

So I insist alongside with Railen currently that if you see a drow in our establishment to show them the door as quickly as possible as non of us wish for the church to be looking into our establishment frequently to harass us or the customers, would be extremely bad for buisness. I will make some posters to warn the drows of not coming in to frequent our tavern instantly. On better news I come back after alot of trade talks and I am pleased to say we might be able to get some deals going with the Swaggers and also the rose, more on that when something is done. Other then that we paid a hansome tythe recently to the church too to surpress whatever annoyances they might incurr with us next to them, we hope to be able to pay them a nice sum monthly as this should hopefully regain some composure and security for the Green Goblin within Cove. Railen knows the exact numbers.

Thank you Kiran for posting this. The sum of 5000 gold in tything was paid to our New Bishop to assist them in their continuing good works for Cove.

Future tythings will be based upon income and expenditures.

Dear Railen and Penny.

I have good news to deliver. With the burst in staff influx and customers the 5000 coin tythe paid and with everything else included this month has actually seen us with a profit or a 4600 gold coins, this is without paying staff which is expected to be at 700 coins, so a profit of 3900 shillings is something which i think should be celebrated, I leave it to you to how exactly this should be done as when I was back in the young days having fun, we were still trying to get along without fire.
Non the less a oustanding number to have as how quiet the place was to begin with and how messy the numbers were.
In other news our trades are becoming more frequent, small as of yet but all gaining profit, so I took the liberty of selling some excess stock of Valorian wine which we don't sell regardless on the menu. I sold it to the Swaggers Manager Jierdan whom we have the pleasure of getting 100 bottles worth of good rum from within the next three days. I sold 10 bottles of the wine for three hundred coins, perhaps not as much as I would like, but still a small profit margin.

Other news

Casino which is run by master Swift has been having a good turnout, but not by staff, I think we should advertise to the staff the profit they could earn by saying it alot more, perhaps some extra shillings to staff it as it also brings us a great profit margin which gives us the ways to keep the church at bay with high tithes.

Hope you both agree.

Kiran.

As to Celebrating, I think that the Goblin should help host a harvest market and fair the first Saturday in September , if that works well for everyones schedule. We could put up stalls for vendors to sell their wares, and invite other towns as well to bring in their goods  to set up trade between towns. A room or two for private meetings to draw up contracts would be handy for this venture, do you agree Kiran? Could we perhaps set up a room or two at the Memorial Square for this purpose?  I would suggest having the faire itself Dockside in Cove.

As to the matter of the Casino, Heather Yearling had expressed interest in working weekly, and another Lass had as well.  Please remind the staff of the need, and the handsome wages paid by the Casino directly to them for working. 50 gold for one nights work is more than reasonable wages.

Thank you Kiran for your hard work and assistance in Managing Staff, Making Trades, Book Keeping and all of the other things you do to keep the place ship shape. Once again you have come to my rescue, and I am greatful for it.

As for prices, I wish we could pull up and adjust the menus. The one on the small table, where the rose has been placed ( and should be removed before we have broken pottery all over- Brawls do occur after all) is able to be adjusted I beleive. The others sadly are sealed. A small increase in the price of wine and any other underpriced items to insure that we are not taking a loss on it is long overdue. If profits continue to rise, we can speak about having a happy hour or discount for all enlistedmen as a thank you for their continued protection of Cove as well. For now, the profit we make is from the generosity of our patrons. They tip very well.

Oh, and I have placed a Ledger for keeping track of guests, what they have paid and for how many days so that they do not overstay without payment, and so that we do not overbook rooms. Please can you ask the staff to make use of it.

Thank you again,

~Railen Morana

Dear Railen and Penny,

As to your suggestion of a harvest festival, that I leave in your capable hands as anything hosted by me would see no Yewish or Vesperians attending due to some past missunderstandings. This is not to say I won't help you organise and set it all up, but as for being the front man I must decline. However overall I concurr and think it is a fantastic idea. But we must speculate exactly how much it will cost, what games we will use and all sort of minor details which will drive us slightly mad by the end. I am happy to number crunch it all so we can see how many shillings are available for us to use within the idea. I am not sure what our profit would be on such a event, I speculate however a loss in short term, but that will gradually fade as people see that Cove is a powerbase for trade and we get new and larger deals. But lets focus short term first and see if the coins are available in the month you suggested.

Prices on goods

As to your suggestion of price changes, they are needed, and soon, however as the books are sealed with some kind of witchcraft as we also had in Swaggers we must think what we can do to go around the books and to comply with the new prices. We also need before we start making the new price list sit down and agree on the items and what % inflation they will recieve seperately. Also this involves more number crunching, which I am happy to take on. but also on the same subject we need to discuss High quality wares.. If we are to hopefully become a tavern which is frequented by more then just guards we need some goods which would attract the attention of nobles and leaders in other friendly cities. This I hope would be a rarer more delicate fine wine list, and also hireing a full time cook, I hope you both agree with me that it is needed, both of them. Firstly I suggest we speak to the Rose in Trinsic and see what they offer in exotic wines, Elven wine is rare and usually at a high price which is faboulously known to attract the rich sort. However if speaking of cooks, we should perhaps consider Mizuho, one of our hard working barmaids, to see if she has what it got to make delicate and rare food. We have to however consider paying her in more shillings as the cook is what attracts customers the most to our establishment.

Casino

As I have been on buisness trips all the past weeks when they occured except in the start I am not certain how full the actual turn out is for the events, has Master Swift been consulted in person on his needs and concerns? If not I am happy to also speak to him and see what he wishes the casino to forthcomingly turn into. And also what ammount of staff is desired.

Positive figures.

I have taken the liberty of showing you both exactly the foundation on how I do the economic side of running the Green Goblin.

If you look closely, I take it week from week, already on a seperate sheet having consulted our trade lists your able to see what we make in "profit" from week to week. As you notice the coins go up, this is due to our plenty now current trade arrangements with different locals and trade empires around Sosaria. The number at the top is basically our earnings from the week, taking away what it cost to stock and the coins we used on shipments. So basically the sale on our beverage consumption. Then after that you take into account "Unknown costs" These would be repairs, breakages, spillages and fines ect. Afterwards you take into consideration that the staff gets paid weekly, more staff, more pay.

Is a simple system, I have other books with more complicated ones, but I felt it would be nice for both of you to see how I came to the number 4600 earnings in a month and what system I used. Hope it is all slightly clearer.

Excelent work Kiran.

I have been taking my wages out in meals rather than actual pay for now.
Once I learn how to cook, this will change and I will be taking my wages, but for now, until we establish that we have continual profitablility, I will not draw on the Goblins payroll. It is more important to me at this time that we insure your pay and that of the staff is covered.
Despite your concerns, I do not beleive Raiden will tire of me or our child and cast us to the four winds. There will be plenty of time for the Goblin to become well established, and then I can tuck away a little nest egg for when the Commander retires, or in case of emergency.

I like the idea of having upscale beverages available for the Nobility and Burghers of Cove and visiting Dignitaries. I would also say that we need to insure low cost, yet quality brews for the citizens such as ourselves, who cannot afford such finery. Our Chef has exceptional skill, and I have heard rumor that another chef..one Kevin something or other...has told our visiting Bard, Suzy, that he is working at the Goblin. Did you hire him? I did not, and I have not as yet met this gentleman. I am in agreement that we should hire Miz as our full time Chef, as she has seniority, and has proven that she can show up on time for her shifts, and I dare say, has even worked a few double shifts. I have given Suzy a key as she offered to fill in when no other staff is present if others need drinks, for just tips and an occational drink. I thought this to be a fair deal.

I think that is all for now, as this note is getting lengthly.
Again, thank you for all you do.

Dear Railen and Penny,

I am happy to inform you that this eve we aquired our 100 bottles of bucaneer rum which were shipped through Bucc's den to the Swaggers, and then by ship to the Goblin. All the cargo is accounted for and Captain Hawkins recieved his hundred coins, plus commision which came to a two hundred and ten. I have stored the goods outside and overall I am happy with everything involved within the trade.
I am currently working on a deal with the Trinsic Rose, hoping to get a couple of rare wines of the elven kind to our establishment, however I am waiting for the Mayor currently to make a list of goods Trinsic sells before any trades can be arrranged. As I understand the workings of Trinsic currently, we must trade through Van Concidius, Mayor of Trinsic, when dealing with the Rose. This is due to some odd trade embargo or such which I will try and find more about on a later stage.

New Chef.

As it stands, Mizuho is our current chef if I was listening correctly yesterday, however I am unsure exactly what we are planning to pay her, and exactly where in the hierachy she is when it comes to the Green Goblin. Perhaps it is time we list up the different people with their contracts and what they are paid? Makes it easier to estimate also weekly what we should be expected to pay out in wages. Not to mention it means we are all aware of exactly who we are hireing and how many staff we can possibly depend on for daily needs within the Green Goblin.

Rank structure.

The Swaggers had a system in which they had a set pay for the different people within the Swaggers, and which rank they also held within the tavern on a whole. The reason I am bringing this up is to deal with the previous point, Contracts. We need to be aware what we are paying the staff and also what positions are taken and held currently within the establishment. I have taken the liberty of copying some ranks which were used in the Swaggers.

Barstaff
New barmaid/tender - 80 doubloons per week.
Barmaid/tender - 120 doubloons per week.
Senior barmaid/tender - 200 doubloons per week (and the choice of their own title).
Management - 500 doubloons a week (and their own title).

Bouncers
Bouncer - 100 doubloons per week.
Hardend bouncer - 150 doubloons per week.
Head bouncer - 300 doubloons per week (and their own title).

Traders
Trader - 120 doubloons per week.
Shipping Agent - 170 doubloons per week (and free docking in Vesper).
Head of Trade - 500 doubloons per week (and their own title of choice).

Entertainers
Pleasuregirl - 200 doubloons per week (and 30% of what they make).
Minstrels - 100 doubloons per week (and their own title).
Gamemasters - 170 doubloons per week (and whatever they make from bets, also get their own title).

Do ignore the entertainer branch, except to think when our establishment do get bigger we need to be able to depend on a few individuals to be the thinkers. Setting up events and dealing with all kinds of ideas which can improve our customer service within the Green Goblin. However we need to consider setting up a rank structure soon. Firstly because then everyone is aware who will be in charge if no management is on site from day to day, and also as mentioned countless of times, it helps to conduct the payment we are to give the staff. The Swaggers also used to do that we had payment going from Sunday throughout monday, so anyone claiming their pay then would then have a discussion with the manager at the time then for what paid they were owed. This all depended on bonuses, rank, time and the proffessional conduct they had performed that week. I want to hear what both of you think of concerning these ideas I listed so far if you have the time.

Dear Railen and Penny,

I recieved a letter yesterday inquiring towards if there was any job vacancies at the Green Goblin of the protection/doorman kind, let me show you a copy of it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mr. Kiran Vale                                                                                                  *Post Marked*
Green Goblin Proprietor
The Green Goblin, Baron's Household, Cove.

Dear Mr. Kiran,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and prosperity. I write seeking a position at the Green Goblin. It would seem if rumors are to be believed, and often than not they aren't, that your establishment might be in need of added security. Covians can be rowdy. . . as can the "others." I am certain you are aware that your customers are mostly the military sorts, very capable at handling drunks, and thieves. Having your customers deal with your problems has to be poor for business, not to mention discouraging for the off duty soldier. Also it involves legal entanglements. Not that the Goblin would condone anything illegal. . . just that these things hurt business. It is much easier to deal with a problem in a private room or out a side door in the alley. I deem I can assist in these matters. I am keen with a bow and handy with a knife though I doubt that a bow shall be much use insides a bar.

As for my other qualifications:
I have been a dock worker in Vesper.
A hunter in the Windmere Wood.
I worked for a number of years as a Mercenary with a company I shall not name here.
I helped to cleanse Cove during the Black Rock plague and the ensuing "After Math"
I continue to fill small jobs and tasks.

Should you seek further information you may send a letter to my address which I shall attache to the bottom of this letter or you may check public records.

I hope you shall give my letter full consideration and I look forward to negotiating a contract.

*Signed*

After speaking to the young gentleman I deemed him a worthy asset to our establishment and staff, I asked him a couple of questions to see if he had a brain on him and he seemed to know how to deal with customer subtlely and with discretion. This i found was more important then him looking too big and too menacing. However if possible Railen or Penny, if you could think up of what exactly his uniform should be that would be greatly appreciated, my idea was to copy the male bartending uniform, put on some plated arms with some green colouring, and rest studded leather in a brown colour. So keep the apron, boots, doublet and hat. I wonder what you think on this idea yourself. If possible we could use Spud as usual as he delivers with quite fine wares and more importantly, quickly. Maybe he has some ideas too?

Good buisness.

I am happy to confirm this week has been one of our busiest, staff being there to take care of our many now regular customers whom seem to be enjoying the service we provide.

Overall a good week, if you ignore the fact of our two constant thorns in the side, but as I understand it, Railen has send a letter regarding our concerns.

Kiran.

Kiran,

I approve of the aforementioned rank and pay system for the Bouncers and tenders, if it meets with Penny's approval. I think along with the pay should be the heirarchy of who is in charge if we are not available, The head chef being paid and holding "rank" within the Goblin as would head barstaff.

As far as trade goes, I do not think we need such a large scale operation run through the Goblin. Swaggers was run by a trade company, and the Goblin is just an Inn and Tavern.
As you or I have been able to handle the trades so far, you doing the bulk of it with your contacts, I think our pay is sufficient until such time as profits rise further. Then I think you deserve a bonus for your hard work, and I will actually collect my pay in something other than food. However, if you wished to arrange other trade such as fine silks and sundries, Penny would be the one to speak and make arrangements with.

Again, thank you for all of your ideas and hard work.
Signed,

Dear Railen,

I have taken the day off due to the wounds I suffered from the raid yesterday on the Green Goblin. I hope you are alright and nothing new has occured or will in my absence. Just so your informed we have two new doormen, Lacrima and Kelban, Kelban being a guardsman he works part time however. Also I offered a local woodsman, Morgar Dyn the couch to sleep on plus two meals a day including some small change to spend on drinks. He is currently supplying the tavern with 50 logs per day, 350 a week.

I would write more, but I am exhausted and these damn apocyrathies are driving me mad with theire insistent urgings of medicines I must take.

P.S, remember we need five uniforms for the doormen we have hired, I was thinking full brown leather suit with green plate arms and following the usual uniform of a barkeep, brown apron, green doublet, brown boots, and of course our delightful hat. What is your opinion?
