*A letter sent to the Army*

To whom it may concern,
I know its odd for a Civvy to write ask the army for something but seen as the nature of what I want others, like myself, cant go out and get it.

I require at least 200 Vials of Silver Serpent Venom.
200 Empty Bottles.
and 200 Bottles of Wine.
I will pay nicely for getting the vials of venom and such to either the person/people that get them or to the army's coffers for it.

I am learning how to make dyes and require these to make them. I know that these dyes will help the army and if you require any for army use I will not charge for them.
