People who feel they're an X/Y trapped in a Y/X's body go to the doctors.

Generally speaking, people who feel the need to change gender have more hormones of the opposite sex in their body, than the one they're born with.

I believe there are relatively few people in the world who have undergone gender reassignment without some form of biochemical reasoning behind it.

Though, all the facts are still unclear.
